Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you comply with the rules and terms of Discord and Roblox.

2. Accounts & Account Linking

• You sign in using Discord and are required to link your Roblox account to access community features.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure.
• You may link only your own Roblox account. Impersonating another person or account is prohibited.
• Each Roblox account may be linked to only one community account, and vice versa.

3. Roleplay & Fictional Nature

WorldWide Roleplay is a fictional, entertainment roleplay community. All governments, agencies, officials, companies, currency, records, and events within the Service are fictional. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Government, any real government agency, Discord Inc., or Roblox Corporation. Nothing in the Service constitutes real legal, financial, or governmental action or advice.

4. Virtual Items & Economy

• All balances, currency, and virtual items exist solely within the Service, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Service, not sold, and you do not own them.
• We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances and items at any time, including to correct errors, exploits, or abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or the terms of Discord or Roblox while using the Service.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users, or post hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Exploit bugs, use cheats or automated tools, or otherwise manipulate the economy or other systems unfairly.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or misleading content.

6. Content You Provide

You are responsible for the content you create or submit, including posts, records, and messages. Some content may be visible to other users or relayed to connected Discord servers. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content as needed to operate the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

Administrators may, at their discretion, remove content, adjust records or balances, and suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or disrupts the community. Enforcement decisions are made to protect the community and may be taken without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on Discord and Roblox for authentication and gameplay. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be preserved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldWide Roleplay and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
