• Discord account data.When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and (where provided) email address through Discord's OAuth service.
• Roblox account data.When you link your Roblox account, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, and display name through Roblox's OAuth (OpenID Connect) service. We do not receive your Roblox password.
• In-character & economy data. Information you create while using the Service, such as virtual balances and transactions, civilian and vehicle records, company and department records, messages, posts, and wiki contributions.
• Technical data. Basic session and log information (such as a login session cookie) required to keep you signed in and to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session.
• To link your Discord and Roblox accounts so your progress and balances stay in sync between the website and the Roblox experience.
• To provide community features such as the economy, records systems, and emergency alerts.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to enforce our Terms of Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

• Discord relays. Certain in-community content (for example, public posts or emergency alerts) may be relayed automatically to Discord servers through webhooks configured by administrators. Do not post anything you do not want shared in those servers.
• Service providers. We use third-party providers to host the website and database. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the Service.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service and its users.

Third-Party Services

Signing in and linking accounts rely on Discord and Roblox. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review the Discord Privacy Policy and the Roblox Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to secure the sign-in process. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We keep your account and community data for as long as your account is active. If your account is removed or you request deletion, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

Your Choices & Rights

• You may unlink your Roblox account at any time from your dashboard.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• You may sign out at any time to end your session.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
